1.Theraw material is high quality locust wood or beech wood ,and  we only used the 1st grade tree wood, so our chairshave no broken risk;

1).Select each wood carefully before producing, insure good material,same color, same size.

 

 

2)The head of mortise is pressed into irregular shape by machine, soit have the maximum space to touch with glue. It adds to the chairsmuch stronger; no gap and withfull of glue.

 

 

3).Our foot nail isnylon , others is plastic.The material of nylon is higher 3 timesthan plastic.And nylon is stronger, not easy to scratch thefloor.

 

 4).Thewood is soaked in the pool for the fix time to soak out the myron,then the wood will be stronger;

 

 5).High-temperaturestewing, drying and bending in kiln room, heating them in7week and then bent to legs.  Control the moisture well in10%-12%, shaped good, is not easy out of shape;

 

 6)In polishing, by polisher and people, so the chair looks moresmooth;

  

7).In painting, we choose qualified paint and lacquers, all our chairsare careful painted with 3 base coat and 2 face coat. The chairlook luxury with smooth finishing;

  

8)  Inspect:Each chair is inspected during producing and before packing, twotimes.
